The terraces have LED ceiling lighting. The access and reception areas are also illuminated to fit in with the overall concept.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION

The entire system is installed in accordance with the statutory regulations and applicable standards. The switches were selected to blend in with the overall aesthetic. All electrical installation work is carried out in close coordination with the client, including the positioning of all switches, sockets and controllers.

BATHROOM FITTINGS

All fittings and sanitary appliances are made by Villeroy & Boch and meet the highest quality standards. If included in the plan, bathroom fittings can include a free-standing bathtub and towel rail.

FIREPLACE CONNECTION

The penthouse has a fireplace connection with integrated fresh air supply. This can be positioned to suit the client’s wishes, in coordination with the designer and building authorities.

SHADING

New blind boxes with empty cable conduits and switch outlets are provide all-round to allow the later installation of exterior blinds.
